Clinical Care Program Manager

Brooke Billingsley, BSN, RN, serves as Program Manager of Clinical Care for Heartland Whole Health Institute. She cultivates relationships within health care systems and local partners, as well as providing support and education to partners as pilot programs are launched.

Billingsley’s background includes inpatient nursing, working on physician-selected bariatric and orthopedic teams, as well as the care of general surgery and women’s health patients and working as a charge and resource nurse. After completing multiple contracts as a travel nurse, she became a Care Navigator. That position transitioned into becoming a Clinical Support Specialist working with an Accountable Care Organization and Value Based Programs. In this position, Billingsley was responsible for supporting clinics within the health care system and maintaining open communication with payors. While working in that position, she also managed a health coaching program for undergraduate students and an interdisciplinary team program for nursing students. This consisted of patient recruitment, patient and student support, lectures and education, communicating with clinics and providers, and collaborating with other faculty members to update and improve curriculum.

Billingsley graduated from Baptist Health Schools Little Rock with her registered nursing diploma and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University.
