Carol Andolina

Carol Andolina is a legal administration professional with more than twenty years of experience in contract review, cross-functional operations, and compliance. She supports Heartland Whole Health Institute as Project Manager of Workforce Transformation, advancing whole-person care, value-based delivery, workforce development, and health care policy across Arkansas and the Heartland.

Carol brings depth and breadth managing complex frameworks in compliance with federal laws and regulations and building the operational infrastructure — from contract lifecycle systems to stakeholder coordination — that mission-driven policy work depends on.

Before joining the Institute, she served as Legal Program Manager and Paralegal at Art and Wellness Enterprises and, prior to that, in contract administration at ArcBest — roles that demanded transparency, fairness, and integrity in every agreement and relationship.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado State University. Throughout her career, Carol has earned a reputation for advocating equitable outcomes in service to all stakeholders and driving measurable improvement in the communities she serves — values that align with the Institute’s mission to lower costs, elevate quality, and broaden access to health care where the need is greatest.
