Jessica Biggs, BSN, RN serves as Director of Health and Wellness Integration, where she leads the development of whole‑person care strategies that enhance patient outcomes, elevate care experiences, and integrate prevention, healing, and long‑term wellness.
A registered nurse with over 10 years of progressive leadership experience, Jessica has led and elevated care delivery across acute and post-acute care, surgical services, long term care, rehabilitation, and home health settings. She has held key leadership roles including most recently Director of Wound Care and Clinical Outcomes at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, where she led program development, improved clinical outcomes, and advanced interdisciplinary care models.
A native of Northwest Arkansas, Jessica is deeply passionate about improving access to care and advancing health outcomes in rural and underserved communities. Her expertise includes whole‑person care integration, clinical program development, population health, and staff education. She is passionate about translating holistic health principles into practical, high‑impact programs that support patients, providers, and communities.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and maintains multiple advanced specialty certifications in wound and ostomy care.
