Shelhamer brings more than two decades of experience leading strategic communications, marketing, and brand initiatives across health systems, health care technology, and B2B environments, shaping communications to support organizational change in complex health environments. Prior to joining Heartland Whole Health Institute, she held senior leadership roles in agency and health system settings, leading external, internal, and executive communications in support of long‑term health care transformation.
