Rachel Fitting

Rachel Fitting serves as Associate Vice President of Administration at Heartland Whole Health Institute. Fitting partners with the President to support executive operations, Board engagement, and cross‑organizational alignment, helping translate strategy into action and advance the Institute’s work in health care transformation.

Fitting brings nearly two decades of experience leading strategy, operations, communications, and organizational transformation for large, complex organizations. Most recently, she served as Director of Strategic Programs and Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Talent at Lowe’s, where she led cross‑functional initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness and enterprise transformation. She previously held leadership roles at Walmart, supporting large‑scale strategy and operational initiatives.
