Samantha Culpepper
Program Manager, Policy and Workforce
Samantha Culpepper is a seasoned program leader with a diverse background spanning philanthropy, health care innovation, consulting, and education. She currently serves as Program Manager of Policy and Workforce at Heartland Whole Health Institute, where she has been a key contributor since 2022. In her current role, Culpepper manages a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including oversight of the HWHI Board and health care workforce development efforts, amongst others.
Prior to her current position, Culpepper held multiple roles within the ecosystem, including at Art and Wellness Enterprises and the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. Samantha’s earlier career includes impactful roles at the Walton Family Foundation, where she supported executive leadership, and in the retail sector as a consultant and product coordinator. She began her professional journey as a middle school English/Language Arts teacher, bringing a strong foundation in communication and education to her later roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Nazarene University and is known for her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to mission-driven work.
