Sophia Fox

Sophia Fox is an Industry Research Analyst at Heartland Whole Health Institute, where she advances strategic research on value-based care, health reform, and chronic disease prevention—especially for Medicare and employer-sponsored populations. Her work supports more equitable, prevention-focused health systems. Previously, she spent over a year solo backpacking across five continents, engaging with indigenous communities and deepening her commitment to culturally-informed care. Fox also worked on corporate wellness at Exact Sciences and conducted neurology and cardiology research at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Fox holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA, where she graduated magna cum laude and led health initiatives and nonprofit consulting. Fox blends scientific insight with human-centered strategy to drive whole health transformation.
