Stratton Carroll, BSBA, MABA is a health care data analyst with expertise at the intersection of value-based care, clinical analytics, and health care performance measurement. He brings a background in translating complex claims data into actionable insights that support care gap closure, quality improvement, and shared savings strategies.

Prior to joining Heartland Whole Health, Stratton supported a Clinically Integrated Network in Northwest Arkansas, where he led analytics for Medicare Advantage and commercial plans. His work focused on claims analysis, care gap closure, quality metrics, and performance reporting for value-based contracts. He is also passionate about the potential of emerging technologies to enhance preventive analytics and enable data interoperability across health care systems.

Stratton holds a Master of Science in Applied Business Analytics and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Business Analytics from the University of Arkansas, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Information Systems.
