William Gloster, MBA
Analyst, Workforce and Health Systems
Will Gloster serves as Analyst, Workforce and Health Systems at Heartland Whole Health Institute, where he harnesses analytics to empower decision-making and optimize health and human services systems. His work focuses on the intersection of public health, data science, and technology, with an emphasis on informing strategy, addressing systemic challenges, and advancing community well-being.
He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning higher education and health care information technology. Early in his career, Gloster supported research, workforce, and community and economic development initiatives. He later spent five years in health care IT, partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams to evaluate health care program effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.
Gloster holds an Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of Central Arkansas, as well as an Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
