Programs & Initiatives

As part of our mission to transform health care by reducing costs and improving access, we offer a variety of whole-person focused programs.

Health Coaching

As part of our mission to create scalable preventative health models, we completed a Health Coaching pilot program. In partnership with Community Clinic and Newtopia, this initiative provided 1:1 assistance to 350 participants who were at high risk of developing chronic disease. The results showed how awareness and intervention programs can lower risk – and lower costs for patients and providers.
